This agreement is between you ("User") and Salih Dilovan ("Licensor") for the audio plug-ins sold under the name Salih Dilovan Audio (each one a "Software"), including their presets, graphics and documentation.
The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the computers you own or control, for your own music production, including commercial productions. One licence is for one person. Music you make with the Software belongs to you; the Licensor claims no rights to it.
The Software starts with a free 15-day demo from the first time it is opened on a computer. When the demo ends the Software is muted until a valid licence file is loaded. The demo may not be reset or extended by any means.
After purchase you receive a personal licence file (.lic) made for your computer. It is for you only. You must not share, publish, sell, copy for others, or otherwise make it available to third parties. The Licensor may cancel a licence that is shared, resold or obtained unlawfully. If you change computers, write to us and we will issue a new file.
You may not: (a) copy, sell, rent, lend, sub-license or distribute the Software or its licence file; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Software, or try to remove, bypass or tamper with the licence check, the demo timer or the copyright notices, except where the law explicitly allows it; (c) extract or reuse the graphics, presets or sounds outside the Software; (d) use the Software to build a competing plug-in.
The Software, its code, graphics, presets and name are protected by copyright and remain the property of the Licensor. You receive a licence to use it, not ownership.
The Software is made with JUCE (juce.com) and uses the VST3 format. "VST" is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. Third-party notices are included with the Software.
The Software is provided "as is". The Licensor does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it fits a particular purpose. Always save your work and check the output level before monitoring, particularly on speakers or headphones.
To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost data, lost profit, or hearing or equipment damage arising from the use of the Software. The total liability is limited to the price you paid for the Software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The Licensor may publish updates but is not obliged to. Support is given on a reasonable-effort basis through the contact address below.
This licence ends automatically if you break these terms. Then you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes belong to the courts of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
